Belvedere College SJ has a long tradition of debating. It is available in all years in school. House debates are held regularly for Junior Cycle students (Rudiments and Grammar have joint debates while Elements debates take place on separate occasions). Inter -class debates and inter year debates take place under this format.rnrnThe Annual Past v Present Debate takes place between the Past Pupils and Current Pupils in November each year.
