A positive school climate is one which welcomes difference and diversity and where students are encouraged to disclose and discuss incidences of bullying in a non- threatening environment. It is to ensure that students know who to tell regarding instances of bullying and how to tell.
A positive school culture promotes respectful relationships across the school. In reporting instances of bullying students are behaving responsibly and contributing to a positive school environment
